Spring Equinox Ritual & Sound Meditation

Service Description

Join Marisa and Cassie for a celebration to honor spring and awaken yourself after a long winter to set intentions for the seasons to come. We will connect with nature and first plant literally so that you'll have something to take home with you to watch grow. Then we will go on a meditation journey to plant mental seeds and intentions to help you find what you desire to cultivate in your life this spring and summer. To accompany the experience, enjoy a sound bath focused on reawakening your inner fire. Bring: journal and pen, water, anything you need to be comfortable in meditation Wednesday 3/19 from 5:30 - 7 PM at 193 South Paint Street, Chillicothe. Directions: Park on Paint Street and go to the right of the house through open wooden gate and follow sidewalk all the way to the white garage and you'll see double door entry.
