Service Description
Celebrate the holidays with a joyful flow designed to energize your body and lift your spirits. We’ll move through creative sequences, sprinkle in some festive tunes, and end with a grounding savasana to remind us of the real gift — presence. After yoga we will have a fun gift exchange! Cancellation Policy
Must be at least 15 years old to attend. No refunds on reoccurring classes. If you cannot attend a class please let us know. Full refunds on workshops/events with at least a 7 day notice.
