Beginner's Yoga Drop In
Drop in class for the 6 week series Tuesdays at 5:30 PM starting March 4th
Service Description
This option is for a single drop in class during the 6 week yoga series for beginners. It is designed with the true beginner in mind. Anyone wanting to return to the basics or slow down their practice is also welcome. Each class will focus on the foundational yoga poses and how to transition and flow into other positions safely. Participants will learn yoga etiquette, how to feel comfortable in any class, ways to grow a yoga practice, and how yoga can be a positive lifelong habit. The series is recommend as classes will build on each other, but it is not required. You can drop in to any class without having attended the previous class. Whether your goal is trying something new, improving flexibility, gaining strength, being more active, calming your mind, or something else, these classes will help you find what you need in this moment. 60 minute classes will take place Tuesdays beginning March 4th at 5:30 PM.
